Fourth, the applicant
Domestic personnel who meet the above acceptance conditions need to apply for the "Shanghai Residence Permit" (hereinafter referred to as the "Residence Permit"), and the applicant or the employer shall apply to the acceptance department.

2. Applicants who start a business in Shanghai should also submit the capital verification report of investment, legal person certificate, business license and organization code certificate, and employ local employees.

3. If the applicant's spouse is registered in this city, the spouse's household registration book and marriage certificate shall be issued; If the applicant's parents are registered in this city, the parents' household registration book and corresponding certificates shall be issued.
Note: In addition to the application materials, a copy of the household registration book, a health certificate and the original application form can be provided. For others, relevant words (original) and copies shall be issued (please copy the original on A4 paper). Except for the original academic degree certificate, it needs to be sent for verification for a period of time and returned at any time. All other materials collected will not be returned.
