(1) Academic qualifications and qualifications shall meet one of the following conditions:
1, received a doctorate and served as a lecturer for 2 years;
2. Obtained a master's degree (or graduated from a postgraduate class or obtained a double bachelor's degree) and served as a lecturer for 5 years;
3. Before 1993, he had a bachelor's degree (including junior college graduates) or a bachelor's degree, and during this period, he was engaged in teaching in colleges and universities, obtained the equivalent academic qualification to apply for the certificate of completion of provincial postgraduate training courses, and served as a lecturer for 6 years;
4. Have obtained a bachelor's degree 10 years and obtained other series of advanced professional and technical qualifications.
(2) Meet the following operating conditions:
1, passed the foreign language and computer application ability test or met the prescribed exemption conditions;
2, combined with the needs of the professional teaching, scientific research and technical work, to participate in continuing education with new theories, new technologies and new methods as the main content, and meet the requirements;
3. Systematically teach more than two courses, among which the professional teacher 1 course should be practical courses such as practical training or experiment, and organize and guide internship, social investigation, graduation thesis and graduation design according to the teaching plan;
4, professional teachers in the factory for more than half a year, or to practice (training) based work practice (such as practice, practice, design, investigation, etc ... ), obtain the corresponding vocational qualification certificate, skill level certificate or skill operation to reach an advanced level. The working practice or social investigation time of public basic course teachers is not less than two months;
5. Guide young teachers to engage in teaching or scientific research.
(three) the performance results shall meet one of the following conditions:
1, exceeding the teaching workload stipulated by the school, and the teaching effect is good. The teaching quality evaluation of more than two academic years was rated as excellent by the school and won the 1 school-level teaching and research award (the first person to complete);
2, teaching research has high attainments, won the provincial (ministerial) level and above outstanding teaching achievement award, or advanced individual award for teaching and educating people;
3, won the city (Hall) level scientific and technological progress award, social science award or other professional awards above the second prize (top 5), or won the city (Hall) level above the third prize (top 2);
4. Complete the transformation and promotion of scientific and technological achievements of new products, new technologies, new processes and new equipment 1 or above, or have great influence in social consultation, participate in large and medium-sized production management and business activities, put forward original suggestions, and achieve good social and economic benefits;
5. The trained students won the third prize in the professional (special) competition at or above the provincial level;
6, was rated as a model worker or excellent teacher at or above the municipal level.
(4) Papers and works shall meet one of the following conditions:
1, published more than 3 teaching and research papers in public journals at home and abroad, and the representative works have reached the academic level of associate professors after peer experts' evaluation;
2. Officially publish school books with more than 40,000 words or participate in provincial planning textbooks and teaching reference books in higher vocational colleges, write 40,000 words or submit two high-level works of art (published in professional journals or participated in exhibitions at or above the provincial level and won the third prize or above), publicly publish more than 1 articles, and the representative works have reached the academic level of associate professors after peer experts' evaluation;
3. Write more than 2 valuable special technical analysis or feasibility study reports of important projects by dealing with important technical problems or solving difficult technical problems (appraised or implemented by municipal departments), and publish papers or books and teaching materials (I bear more than 20,000 words) 1 above (departments);
4. Obtained 2 national invention patents 1 or other patents or 2 provincial achievements, and published papers or works (textbooks) 1 remaining articles.
