According to the Japanese Patent Law and the Patent Examination Guide of the Japan Patent Office, the following articles do not have patent rights in Japan:

Any invention that may endanger public order, morality or public health.

1. Laws of nature

2. Scientific discovery

3. Inventions that do not use natural laws (such as economic laws and mathematical methods). )

4. Inventions that violate the laws of nature

5. Arbitrary arrangements (such as the rules of playing games)

6. Psychological activities

7. Personal skills

8. For reference only

9. Aesthetic effects (such as painting and sculpture)

10. Human medical methods
