Localization process of universal rolling mill

From 1998 to 200 1, Ms. Gu Fenglan, then the director of the Research Institute of Tianjin Heavy Machinery Factory, was very concerned about the future development prospect of universal rolling mill in China, but due to the sluggish economic benefits of the enterprise and lack of financial support, the project could not be further studied.

200 1 After retirement, Gu Fenglan, who has always dreamed of it, founded his own Tianjin Zhongzhong Science and Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongzhong Science and Technology), and led many technicians to inspect the markets and equipment of various H-beam production enterprises in China, and always followed and paid attention to the development trend and market effect of universal rolling mills at home and abroad. In 2003, Zhongchong Company began to carry out in-depth and substantial research and development on the short stress line universal mill, and designed the first generation of short stress line universal mill with only a few pictures of foreign universal mills and some simple reference materials. Later, with the development of domestic steel market and the perfection of our technical reserves, we won the spring of H-beam universal rolling mill production line.

In 2004, the first generation universal rolling mill was manufactured for Tianjin Jiangtian section steel, and qualified H section steel was successfully rolled.

June 5438+October 2005 10, the "Universal Roughing and Finishing Equipment of 1070H Section Steel Production Line" of China Science and Technology Corporation was recognized as "Tianjin Scientific and Technological Achievements".

In 2006, Zhongjing Technology's "1070 Universal H-beam Roughing and Finishing Equipment" won the "National Torch Program Project Certificate".

In August 2007, our company signed a contract with Tangshan Sheng Da Iron and Steel Company for the production line of 400H section steel.

In March 2008, we signed an order contract with Dalian Zheng Da Wheel Co., Ltd. for a small H-beam production line.

In September, 2008, Tangshan Sheng Da successfully carried out the thermal load test, and the first steel was successfully rolled into 400*200 GB H-beam.

On June 9th, 2008, 10, China Metallurgical News reported that the 400 * 200mm H-beam production line designed and manufactured by Zhongjing Technology was successfully put into trial production in Sheng Da, Tangshan. It marks that China has got rid of the dependence on imported 400*200H steel equipment.

On June 5438+065438+ 10, 2008, China National Intellectual Property Administration issued three patents at the same time, namely, axial locking structure of roll system of section steel mill, reduction of reduction load of universal mill to prevent the center line of horizontal roll gap from shifting, and circumferential anti-rotation structure of vertical roll shaft of universal mill. These three patents have created huge economic benefits for users and also saved energy to a great extent.

June 5438+October 2009 10, Dalian Zheng Da successfully rolled the world's thinnest high-strength H-beam with a web thickness of only 2.3mm, and the product was successfully exported to the United States as a light automobile beam.

On June 22nd, 2009, China Metallurgical News reported that the high-strength ultra-thin hot-rolled H-beam designed and manufactured by China Science and Technology was successfully trial-produced.

On February 26th, 2009, China Metallurgical News reported an article entitled "Industrial Revitalization Planning Helps Independent Research and Development of High Performance Universal Rolling Mill". The course and achievements of independent research and development of Huazhong universal rolling mill are reported.

In July 2009, in order to meet the market demand, the second phase of Sheng Da Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was transformed by Zhongjing Technology, and three rolling mills were added. National standard products such as 500*200H beams, 250*250 columns and 56# I-beams have been successfully rolled, and thin beams with a negative tolerance of 8% can be rolled according to users' needs, all of which meet the national standards, thus winning 8% more benefits for users in the market competition.

In July 2009, we signed an order contract with Anshan Baode for 500H section steel equipment. The designed output is 6.5438+200,000 tons, and the design specifications are 500*200H section steel and large and medium-sized section steel products.

In August, 2009, we signed an order contract with Anshan Zizhu Science and Technology Section Steel (Anshan No.3 Rolling Mill) for large-scale section steel equipment. The main products are positioned as the maximum specification of steel sheet piles 120Kg/m and below, the maximum unequal angle steel 400*200, the maximum H-beam 600*200, the maximum I-beam 63# and the maximum channel steel 40#. Anshan Zizhu has become the first semi-continuous rolling-universal rolling heavy rail enterprise at home and abroad. Once it is successfully developed, it will fill the gap in China and become a major event in the history of domestic steel rolling.

From June 2009 to October 2009 10, Zhongjing science and technology developed a large-scale steel universal rolling mill with reference to the universal rolling mill imported from domestic large-scale rail beam factories. By May 2065, 438+00 has been designed and is being communicated with large domestic enterprises. It is planned to roll 100 meter heavy rail for China with domestic equipment to fill the domestic blank.
