Presided over or as the main person in charge, undertook the compilation of national or China petrochemical economic forecast and development planning, or undertook the formulation of more than two industrial technical standards and technical specifications, which were proved to be advanced and feasible by practice.
(3) After obtaining the senior post qualification, he has achieved one of the following achievements and achievements:

Presided over or organized and completed major scientific research, engineering design, construction or technical research projects as the main person in charge, realized major technological innovation or solved major key technical problems, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. 5. (4) After obtaining the senior post qualification, writing essays and papers meets one of the following conditions:
1. Officially published professional works with more than 1, words and high professional theoretical level and application value;
2. Publicly publish more than 3 professional papers in official national journals independently or as the first author, at least one of which is published in core journals.
