The Chinese version of China Patent Retrieval Database provides three kinds of results display: search results list display (including application number and patent name), patent text display (including bibliographic data, abstracts and proprietary items), and patent specification full-text image display. The top of the search results list display page is the number of hit records of "invention patent", "utility model patent" and "design patent" in turn.
The retrieved patent documents are arranged from the back to the front according to the publication date of the patent documents, that is, the latest published patent documents are ranked first. The display page can only display 20 records at a time. You can continue browsing by clicking the page skip button.
Click the application number or patent name of any patent document in the search result list to enter the patent text display page. At the top left of the page, the page links and the total number of pages of the pictures applying for public education are listed. If the patent has been authorized, the system will also list the picture page link and the total number of pages of the authorization instruction on the right.
The title data, abstract and sovereignty of this patent document are displayed in the middle of the page in text form. Click the picture page link to enter the full-text picture display page of the patent specification. The full-text images of instructions in the database are in TIFF format, so you need to install a browser to see them. On the right side of the "Patent Search" page, there is a link of "Manual Browser Download", which can be used after downloading and installing. There are buttons of "Previous Page", "Next Page" and "Jump Page" at the top of the full-text image display page of patent specification, which is convenient for users to browse.
