Director of Research Office: Yang, Professor, Master.
Combining closely with the actual production of agriculture and animal husbandry in Xinjiang, the research office of agriculture and animal husbandry machinery engineering actively studies the problems that need to be solved urgently in agriculture and animal husbandry production and food processing industry in Xinjiang, and develops a number of new equipment with Xinjiang characteristics. The research fields of this laboratory include: mechanization equipment for cotton production, sowing equipment for grain crops, plant protection machinery for forestry and fruit industry, and recycling equipment for residual films. In the past three years, the research office has presided over six national and autonomous region scientific research and technology promotion projects. Through the appraisal of autonomous region's scientific and technological achievements 1, the developed 2BJ-4 air-suction cotton film-laying precision seeder (Yang) won the third prize of autonomous region's scientific and technological progress in 2005, won three new and practical patents and published more than 0 papers1. There are 4 graduate students in the research room, and 2 are studying.
Main research results:
1 2BJ-4 Air-suction cotton film-laying precision seeder (Chair: Ding
The air-suction cotton film-laying precision seeder passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements in 2004 and won the third prize of scientific and technological progress in 2005 in the autonomous region. In 2004, it was listed as a promotion project by the Education Department of the Autonomous Region. Its performance index has reached the leading level in China, the void rate is less than 2%, the seed damage rate is less than 0. 1%, and the working speed reaches 4-5 km/h.
Two 6PT-350 fresh grape threshers (presided over by Shi Linshan)
Through the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements in the autonomous region, its working performance index has reached the domestic leading level, the impurity removal rate is less than 4%, the crushing rate is less than 3%, and the productivity is 350 kg/h.
3. Hami melon peeler (presided over by Yang)
Through the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements in the autonomous region, its work performance index has reached the domestic leading level. The productivity of Hami melon peeler is 700kg/h, the peeling thickness is 1-3mm, and the peeling rate is more than 95% within the processing range.
Traffic engineering laboratory
Head of research room: Professor Aili Mottura, Ph.D., leader of transportation engineering.
The traffic engineering research office closely combines the development of Xinjiang's traffic industry and actively carries out scientific research and postgraduate training around the regional characteristics of Xinjiang's traffic. The main research fields of this laboratory are: research on highway traffic system in special areas (such as desert highway), reliability research of traffic network system, traffic safety engineering, traffic planning and logistics, simulation and simulation of urban traffic system, etc.
The scientific research projects that the laboratory has completed and is studying in the past five years include:
1 study on the position and function of highway transportation in Taklimakan desert, presided by the education commission of the autonomous region and completed by Aili Smotula.
2 "Study on Operation Support System of Taklimakan Desert Highway", a project funded by the Ministry of Communications, presided over by Ellie Mottura, completed.
3 "The Influence of Departure Time Reliability on Multi-modal Personal Travel", a cooperative research project with the University of New South Wales, Australia, hosted by Ellie Smotula, has been completed.
4. The project "Research on the Safety Guarantee System of High-grade Highway in Xinjiang" funded by the Science and Technology Department of the Autonomous Region, one of the sub-projects: Aili Si Mottura, has been completed.
Research on driving behavior and its influence in desert highway traffic environment, supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, presided over by Ellie Mottura.
6. Study on the reliability of public transport system running time and its influence, funded by the Ministry of Education, presided over by Ellie Mottura.
He has published more than 20 academic papers at international and domestic academic conferences such as Journal of Xi Highway Jiaotong University, journal of traffic and transportation engineering and Journal of Chang 'an University (Natural Science Edition).
