4. Identification documents:
(1) Apply in the name of the company with a copy of the business license;
(2) Apply in the name of an individual, and attach a copy of your ID card or passport.
5. Evidence of use: Evidence of use of goods includes goods, packaging, or relevant documents, labels, descriptions, containers, photos or web pages when trademarks can be displayed (but pictures or text descriptions of goods containing trademarks should be displayed), and the design time and first commercial use time of trademarks should also be indicated.
6. If the trademark has not been used, it shall be submitted according to the intended use, and the certificate of use shall still be provided during the registration period.
