Chen Xiangdong, founder, chairman and CEO of GSX, and former CEO of New Oriental. PhD in Economics from Renmin University of China, an alumnus of Harvard Business School in the United States, and a part-time and visiting professor in several universities. Joined New Oriental Education Technology Group at the end of 1999, founded Wuhan New Oriental School in 2002, served as vice president of the group in October 2003, senior vice president of the group in 2006, and executive president of the group in November 2010, fully responsible for the management of the group. In 2014 Resigned as New Oriental CEO in January. In June 2014, GSX was founded.
Zhang Huaiting, co-founder, joined Baidu in 2005. In 2008, he participated in the founding of Baidu's "Fengchao" team and single-handedly established a machine learning core technology team spanning Beijing and Shanghai. In 2012, he won Baidu’s “Million Dollar Award”. In May 2014, when he resigned from Baidu, a large number of founders of well-known Internet companies invited him to join, and he finally chose to participate in the founding of GSX.
Li Gangjiang, co-founder, holds 8 US patents and has successively served as Microsoft R&D engineer, Intel R&D manager, Google senior R&D manager, Sohu Video CTO and other positions. Joined Baidu in May 2013 and served successively as director of Baidu Business Platform R&D Department and director of Baidu Big Data Department.
Su Wei, co-founder, founded eBay Math in 2009. Because of my love for Internet education, I quit eBay Mathematics, which was in rapid development, at the end of 2012 and devoted myself to Internet education research. In 2013, he started his own business for the second time and founded Famous Teacher Network.
Luo Bin, co-founder, joined Baidu in 2007 and was awarded Baidu's Best Manager. The team he led won Baidu's Best Team and was twice shortlisted for Baidu's "Million Dollar" award. As a founding member of the "Fengchao" system, he has been responsible for all core technical directions of the "Fengchao" strategy, including bidding mechanisms, behavior modeling, keyword triggering, account optimization, etc. He has deeply participated in and promoted the development of "Fengchao" and is one of the few in China. One of the few experts who deeply understands search monetization technology and products.
Co-founder Song Yuxiao joined New Oriental in 2002 and participated in the establishment of Wuhan New Oriental School. In 2003, he was responsible for establishing New Oriental's financial system and financial accounting process. In 2006, he was responsible for the compilation and analysis of financial data, related party transactions, tax planning before New Oriental went public in the United States, as well as the management of the financial managers of New Oriental's affiliated institutions. In 2007, he was responsible for the investment and M&A business of New Oriental
