Most of the company's technical and management backbone personnel are transformed from the scientific research personnel of the General Research Institute of Coal Science, and have long-term professional foundation and rich practical experience in research and development of coal mine automation technology.

Since its establishment, Tianma Company has determined the innovation strategy of "leading technology", implemented the technological innovation route of "introducing, digesting, absorbing and re-innovating", established a Beijing-level enterprise technology center composed of electrical R&D department, hydraulic R&D department and automation department, and equipped with a professional R&D team of 72 people including 2 doctors, 38 masters and 30 undergraduates. The company has applied for 57 patents, including invention patent 3 1; At present, 33 patents have been authorized, including invention patents 1 1. The electro-hydraulic control system of SAC hydraulic support developed by the company has completely independent intellectual property rights, and passed the appraisal organized by China Coal Industry Association at the end of June 5438+February 2008. Experts attending the meeting agreed that the system has filled the domestic gap, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level, and some of them have reached the international leading level. In July 2009, the system won the first prize of China Coal Science and Technology Progress Award, and was listed as a national major scientific and technological achievements transformation project by the Ministry of Finance in June 201/2009, and received 30 million yuan of government funding.

Up to now, the company has 172 working faces of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system selected by coal users of large domestic mining groups such as Shenhua Shendong Coal Industry Group, Shenhua Ning Mei Group, Yankuang Group, Huainan Mining Group, Jizhong Energy, Shanxi Coking Coal Group and SDIC Xinji Energy Company, accounting for more than 62.8% of the working faces of electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support equipment in China. Among them, the domestic SAC system has been applied in more than 40 working faces of Shenhua Ning Mei Group, Yankuang Group, Jizhong Energy Company, Long Mei Group, Luneng Company and other large coal enterprises, and achieved good economic and social benefits.

In order to solve customers' worries, Tianma Company has set up a professional after-sales service team composed of more than 60 technical service engineers, and set up service centers in seven mining areas including Shendong, Yanzhou, Huainan, Ning Mei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Heilongjiang and Jilin. In order to facilitate the maintenance of users' products, we have also set up maintenance centers in areas where customers are concentrated, such as Shendong and Ning Mei. Each service center is equipped with service vehicles and emergency spare parts to ensure the continuous production of coal mine users. The technical support service department has formed a user training system with three different training contents and methods: user maintenance personnel, management technicians and operation users. It can carry out systematic theory and maintenance training in Beijing, train the composition, principle and operation of the debugging system on the ground of the user site, and give practical operation guidance on the ground of the user site.
