Jiangjin Dingshan Yangtze River Bridge is a twin-tower cable-stayed bridge, with two floors, the upper layer is an expressway and the lower layer is reserved for Chongqing Rail Transit Line 5. The total length is 6066 meters, the main steel bridge is 897 meters, the main span is 464 meters, the total steel consumption is 26,000 tons, and the total investment is 2.8 billion yuan. It is not only the bridge with the highest tower, the largest span, the largest investment and the most complete functions in Jiangjin, but also the bridge with the largest main span in Chongqing.
The bridge consists of 1 Yangtze River Bridge, 2 tunnels (Aipingshan Tunnel and Leizui Tunnel) and 3 interchanges (Jinxi Interchange, Jiangzhou Interchange and Xiaowan Interchange). It starts from the south bridge head of Jiangjin Yangtze River Highway Bridge in the south, and crosses Aipingshan Tunnel in the north to connect with Dingshan Avenue. The main bridge crosses the Yangtze River and enters Jiulongpo District, and communicates with Chongqing Outer Ring Expressway and Xipeng Park in Xipeng Xiaowan.

Important significance
This bridge is a control project for jiangjin district to undertake industrial transfer and integrate into the main urban area of Chongqing, and it is also one of the important infrastructures for jiangjin district to develop and construct Binjiang New Town.
