As early as 2012, the "Administrative Measures for the Priority Examination of Invention Patent Applications" (Bureau Order No. 65) stipulates that priority examination first requires a search, and the search fee is 1,500 per application. However, the "Patent Priority Examination Management Measures" (2017) (No. 76), which came into effect on August 1, 2017, has removed the search link and has no official fee regulations. That is, there is currently no official fee for priority review.
