Methanol fuel is a new energy-saving, safe and environmentally friendly fuel advocated by the state. However, when using methanol, the following provisions must be observed:
1, methanol fuel procurement safety requirements:
(1) The quality standard of methanol fuel shall meet the requirements of alcohol-based liquid fuel (GB 1663- 1996).
(2) Methanol fuel should be purchased by qualified units with corresponding hazardous chemicals business licenses.
(3) Purchasing information of methanol fuel, such as purchasing time, purchasing unit and purchasing quantity, shall be recorded and put on record.
2, methanol fuel transportation safety requirements:
(1) catering enterprises shall not transport methanol fuel by themselves, but shall entrust a unit with corresponding dangerous goods transport qualification to transport it.
(2) The methanol fuel transported by car shall comply with the provisions of JT6 17 and JT6 18.
3. uninstall:
(1) The unloading of methanol fuel shall be carried out under the on-site supervision of safety management personnel.
(2) Warning signs should be set in the methanol fuel unloading operation area. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the unloading area.
(3) The methanol fuel unloading operation area shall:
It is forbidden to carry kindling with you;
B turn off the communication tools and mobile phones and other electronic equipment that you carry with you;
C no smoking; ?
D Wear work clothes without static electricity and work shoes without nails.
(4) Turn off the engine when discharging. When loading and unloading in thunderstorm weather, it should be confirmed that lightning protection and moisture-proof measures are effective.
(5) When the methanol tank car is unloaded, a special grounding conductor (coiled) should be adopted, and the tank car and the unloading equipment should be connected with a clamp and a grounding terminal. Connect the ground wire before opening the fuel tank. After unloading, stop for more than 2 minutes, and then remove the grounding wire.
