Xu Xinyue, an overseas Chinese living in the United States, has a Ph.D. in biochemistry, a leader in the field of life sciences, a senior researcher at the BOK Institute of Life Sciences in the United States, vice president of the China Health Institute, and president of the Boko Research Branch of the China Health Institute, Zhejiang Specially invited member of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, founder of China Wheatgreen, and invention patent holder.
In 1995, he returned to China and worked with domestic aspiring people to research and develop wheat green pigment, wheat green pigment. In 2000, he founded Hangzhou Boco Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and is currently the chairman of the company.
