2, declare the municipal science and technology progress award
(1) The scientific and technological achievements (including scientific research achievements and popularization and application achievements) completed in this Municipality shall be reported to the Science and Technology Management Section of the Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Information Industry within the acceptance period (the Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award shall be reported once every two years, and the time limit shall be subject to the notice).
(2) When reporting to the Management Section of the Bureau of Science, Technology and Information Industry, submit the following materials:

B. appraisal certificate or evaluation certificate of scientific and technological achievements;

D. report on the economic and social benefits of scientific and technological achievements;
E. Popularization and application of scientific and technological achievements and users' opinions;
F, scientific and technological achievements for the record;
G. other relevant materials.
(3) after the declaration is summarized, it will be evaluated according to the industry, and the professional group will make a preliminary evaluation, and the Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award Evaluation Committee will make a final evaluation. The project to be awarded is published in the newspaper, and the award will be approved by the municipal government after no objection.
