What are the technical highlights of C9 19?

From the national approval of the large aircraft project in 2007 to the release of the name C9 19 in 2008, from the design drawings to the final assembly line at the end of 20 15, this aircraft has grown from scratch, bearing the expectations of hundreds of millions of people for China aviation industry.

If the traditional wing and the supercritical airfoil are designed according to the same thickness standard, the overall drag of the supercritical airfoil is about small 8% higher than that of the traditional wing. Supercritical airfoil can also reduce the structural weight of aircraft and increase the structural space and fuel consumption.

Advanced materials are applied to domestic civil aircraft on a large scale for the first time: C9 19 adopts advanced materials such as aluminum-lithium alloy and composite materials, so as to reduce the weight of the aircraft and prolong its service life. The content of the third generation Al-Li alloy material C9 19 reaches 8.8%, and the content of the advanced composite material reaches 12%.

C9 19 is equipped with advanced airborne systems and engines: C9 19 adopts advanced airborne systems and engines, such as highly modular and integrated avionics system and all-digital fly-by-wire flight control system with envelope protection function.
