When applying, applicants should submit the following materials:
1. Registration form for the National Patent Agent Qualification Examination that year
2. Original and copy of my valid identity document (resident ID card, military officer ID card, passport, permanent resident ID card)
3. Original and copy of academic certificate (certificate that can prove that you have a bachelor's degree or above in science and engineering)
4. Original work certificate (no work certificate is required for a master's degree or above in science and engineering)
5. 3 one-inch color bareheaded photos of myself
6. Examination registration fee
