Construction qualification application materials:
According to Articles 14 and 15 of the Regulations on the Administration of Construction Enterprise Qualification (Order No.159 of the Ministry of Construction), the following materials shall be submitted when applying for the issuance of the qualification certificate of construction enterprise:
(1) To apply for the qualification of construction enterprise for the first time or to add an item, the following materials shall be submitted:

2. A copy of the business license of the enterprise as a legal person;
3. Original and duplicate of qualification certificate (application for additional qualification);
4. Articles of Association;
5. Identity certificates and registered practice certificates of registered practitioners listed in the application form for qualification of construction enterprises;
6. The professional title certificate, identity certificate and pension insurance payment certificate of unregistered professional and technical personnel required by the qualification standards of construction enterprises;
7. Some qualification standards require enterprises to have professional title certificates, ID cards and payment vouchers for old-age insurance for special professional and technical personnel;
8. Purchase invoice or lease contract of enterprise equipment and plant equipment, property right certificate or lease contract of plant house and property right certificate of lessor (provided with specific requirements in qualification standard);
9. enterprise safety production management system document (first application for qualification provision) or copy of safety production license (application for additional qualification provision).
Conditions for examination and approval of qualification certificates for construction enterprises:
According to Article 12 of the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China, an application for issuance of qualification certificates for construction enterprises shall meet the following conditions:
(1) It has registered capital that meets the requirements of the state;
(2) having professional and technical personnel with legal practice qualifications suitable for their construction activities;
(3) having the necessary technical equipment to engage in relevant construction activities;
(4) other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
