Development course of piezoelectric pump

In the 1970s, Dr. N.J.Spenser of Sanding National Laboratory in the United States began to study piezoelectric pumps. During the period of 1993, Dr. Yang Zhigang, a visiting scholar of Jilin University, introduced this technology from Japan and set up a laboratory in Jilin University to study piezoelectric membrane pumps. So far, this technology has been listed as six 863 programs and eight projects supported by the National Science and Natural Science Foundation and Innovation Fund. Yatong pump industry is the earliest company engaged in the research, development, production and sales of precision piezoelectric pump application technology in China, and has a number of patented technologies in the field of piezoelectric pumps. Its products fully meet the safety standards of household appliances in China and have obtained CE certification, so the products can enter the European market. In Taiwan Province Province, R&D and R&D have owned more than 50 patents in 2006, and now customers are all over the world.
