Ganz's microwave ovens are all made of stainless steel, which is safe, stable and durable. Stainless steel is more effective in reflecting microwaves and has higher heating efficiency. Galanz has leading technological advantages and has obtained a number of patents. It has created original advanced technologies such as sphere microwave technology, multiple leakage prevention technology, and magnetron life extension technology. The grill function and steam function of Galanz microwave oven are very effective, which solves the problem of poor taste of food cooked in microwave oven. It can be used as an oven or a steamer, and has multiple functions. Some Galanz microwave ovens have intelligent cooking designs, which can automatically arrange firepower switching according to the set menu and intelligently control the cooking process, making it more convenient and faster.
Common faults
1. The turntable of Galanz microwave oven can rotate, but it does not heat.
Troubleshooting: The insulating mica sheet of the microwave emission window is blackened in several places. It does not look serious, but it cannot be wiped clean with gasoline. When the reverse resistance of the high-voltage diode is measured, the resistance value is infinite. Measure the resistance of the microwave magnetron to the ground (use RX10), the resistance value is infinite (normal), try to replace it with a new insulating mica sheet, conduct a power test, and the repair is successful.
2. After the Galanz microwave oven is powered on, the cooling fan and tray rotate normally, but do not heat.
Troubleshooting: Check that the magnetron is normal, but the magnetron transmitting antenna hole has been burned from the original triangle to an irregular shape due to ignition. There is currently no product with the same shape on the market. Considering that some microwave magnetron transmitting antenna holes are round, I tried half of an AA rechargeable battery shell (it seems to be made of stainless steel, and it looks similar to the material of the antenna tube in size). Just enough to put it on), drill an 8mm round hole at the bottom (matching the outer edge of its triangle), remove the burrs, and put it on the original launch hole. Power-on test, repair successful.
