Materials identified by high-tech industries

When an enterprise applies for the accreditation of a high-tech enterprise, it shall submit the following accreditation materials to the accreditation body in accordance with the requirements of the work guide:

(a) the application for the identification of high-tech enterprises.

The application for high-tech enterprise accreditation can be downloaded from the "high-tech enterprise accreditation management network".

(two) a copy of the business license and tax registration certificate (copy).

The "Accreditation Measures" stipulate that enterprises registered for more than one year can apply for accreditation of high-tech enterprises, while those registered for less than one year cannot apply for accreditation of high-tech enterprises.

(three) the special audit report of the research and development expenses and the income of high-tech products (services) in the last three fiscal years verified by qualified intermediaries.

(four) the financial statements of the enterprise in the last three fiscal years (including balance sheet, profit and profit distribution statement, cash flow statement, if the actual operating period is less than three years, the actual operating period should also be provided).

The financial statements of enterprises are mainly used to evaluate the growth of enterprises and must pass the audit. An enterprise that has passed the annual audit can directly provide the financial statements of the enterprise in the last three fiscal years, without selecting a new intermediary to re-audit.

(5) Proof materials of technological innovation activities, including intellectual property certificate, exclusive license agreement, production approval, new product or new technology proof (novelty search) materials, product quality inspection report, science and technology plan approval certificate at or above the provincial level (including cities with separate plans) and other related proof materials.

The above five aspects of materials are an important basis for identifying high-tech enterprises. Before applying for the accreditation of high-tech enterprises, enterprises need to carefully read and understand the relevant requirements of accreditation methods, key areas and work guidelines, and then prepare accreditation materials. Appraisal materials submitted by enterprises must be objective, accurate and true. If any false behavior is found, the qualification of high-tech enterprises shall be cancelled.
