It is not easy for Liu Bang to make such a contribution. He and Zhu Yuanzhang came from almost few families, both from peasant families. It's just that Liu Bang was the curator of the Surabaya Pavilion in Pei County in the early days, and that's all.
Of course, with this position, Liu Bang also made many friends. Later, due to the release of criminals, he had to disappear in Mangdang Mountain. It was not until after the Chen Sheng Uprising that Liu Bangcai returned to the world and embarked on his own journey.
As for Xiang Yu, his appearance was an obstacle to Liu Bang's entrepreneurship, and he finally committed suicide in Wujiang River. After Xiang Yu's death, Liu Bang's style of doing things was also vigorous. Although the descendants of Xiang Yu have not been eradicated, the final behavior is actually worse than genocide.
I think everyone has heard the story of Farewell My Concubine. It mainly talks about things between Xiang Yu, Yu Ji and Liu Bang. Of course, the core protagonists are Xiang Yu and Yu Ji.
The focus of this story is to publicize the deep feelings between Yu Ji and Xiang Yu, and Farewell My Concubine also contains the historical story of Xiang Yu's physical death at that time. It stands to reason that Xiang Yu should be a lean man, but unfortunately he was born at an inopportune time.
Everyone knows that Xiang Yu is the overlord of Chu, but it seems that he didn't expect such a courageous and resourceful person to commit suicide in Wujiang River.
Xiang Yu studied when he was young, and his martial arts were extraordinary. At an early age, I had the idea of resisting Qin. After that, he followed his uncle to attack the state of Qin, and achieved great victory and results.
Unfortunately, Xiang Yu's uncle also lost his precious life because of years of war. Later, Xiang Yu created the world-famous Battle of Julu at that time, and the final outcome was naturally victory, which became famous all over the world for a time.
Subsequently, Xiang Yu broke into Guanzhong, became king on his own, and claimed hegemony. But at this time, Liu Bang's power is also very strong, and both of them are eyeing the position of this king, which in turn triggered the dispute between Chu and Han.
It is also because of this historical background that people can play chess now, and the river in the middle is the boundary between Chu and Han. In other words, Liu Bang eventually became the founding emperor of the Han Dynasty. There is no doubt that Xiang Yu is the loser of the dispute between Chu and Han.
However, although Xiang Yu died, the picture of his death is unforgettable. In February 65438 BC+202 BC, Liu Bang and Han Xin joined forces in Gaixia. At this time, Xiang Yu's army was under attack, not only with few troops, but also with insufficient food and grass.
Surrounded by hundreds of thousands of troops of Liu Bang and under the influence of the embattled state of Chu, Xiang Yu finally had no choice but to lead 800 cavalry to break through at night. However, Xiang Yu was very reckless, bent on his own way and got lost, which led to receiving a wrong direction instruction when he asked pedestrians later.
It is precisely because of this that Liu Bangcai immediately pursued, and Xiang Yu's final ending seems to be doomed here. On the edge of Wujiang River, Xiang Yu, who had no choice but to accept defeat, finally chose to commit suicide.
Some people will inevitably ask, why did Xiang Yu commit suicide when he clearly had time to cross Jiangdong (when he had the opportunity and time)? Isn't this a waste of his chances of survival? You know, when Xiang Yu fled to Wujiang, director Wujiang told Xiang Yu that he could make a comeback after returning to Jiangdong.
Xiang Yu finally rejected Tingchang's suggestion on the grounds that he had no face to face his elders in Jiangdong. In fact, according to historical analysis, Xiang Yu refused to cross the river for several reasons:
First of all, I'm worried that my escape will bring a lot of trouble to the elders in Jiangdong. Moreover, Xiang Yu is still very loyal. If he really brings a lot of killings in the end, he is very reluctant to come.
Then, it is Xiang Yu's own pride. Xiang Yu's battles along the way were basically smooth. Compared with Liu Bang, Xiang Yu is more proud of his personality. He doesn't have Liu Bang's idea of "invincible Xiao Qiang".
It is also because of his own arrogance that the elders in Jiangdong get ahead. Even at that time, someone directly identified Xiang Yu as a nobleman. Without Xiang Yu, there would be no nobility.
But it is precisely because of this arrogance that Xiang can't accept failure. At least, as a hero, he can't accept the situation of surviving. The last point is the helplessness of making a comeback. People around you are dying and getting hurt. Even if you really drag out an ignoble existence in the end, it is difficult to realize your desire to be brilliant again.
Yu Ji, who was in harmony with his heart, also committed suicide directly for himself. As a gentleman, Xiang Yu naturally doesn't want Yu Ji to die alone. Generally speaking, Xiang Yu finally threw himself into the river, which was responsible for his family and an emotional explanation for Yu Ji!
After the death of Xiang Yu, Liu Bang began to deal with the descendants of Xiang Yu. After Xiang Yu's death, all the areas belonging to Chu surrendered to the Han Dynasty, except Lu, the feudal city where Xiang Yu was originally located, and no one was willing to surrender.
So after that, Liu Bang took Xiang Yu's head directly and went to Shandong with his elders. When everyone saw that his monarch was dead, he had to be under the jurisdiction of the Han Dynasty.
Among them, what puzzles future generations is that since Liu Bang treated Xiang Yu like this, why did he finally bury him in the old city with the specifications of Lu Gong?
Generally speaking, there are two points. One is to appease the villagers in Shandong at that time, as if telling them, "I will spare Xiang Yu, and you will naturally be forgiven." This is the heart of the emperor, the means of the emperor.
Speaking of Liu Bang, his mind is very sinister, but if you look at what Liu Bang did from the perspective of an emperor, you will feel that some sinister and cruel means are really needed.
After all, he was the first emperor of the Han Dynasty, and naturally he still needed his majesty. Just like when Zhu Yuanzhang became the first emperor of the Ming Dynasty in later generations, it was because of his own blood that he slowly got the final result.
This is a kind of nature that belongs to the society of the times. The struggle between governors is basically endless. Just looking at the struggle between the royal family can show that Liu Bang's heartless man is not his own patent.
Of course, from this perspective, the final result of Xiang Yu clan will not be too easy. According to relevant historical records, Xiang Yu shared the same surname and was given the surname Liu. If future generations want to be an official in the DPRK, they must shout Xiang Yu's name "Xiang Yu" before they can enter the DPRK.
For modern people, calling "Ji Xiang" won't be a big problem. It seems that in the 2 1 century, people didn't feel much about changing their surnames, but the ancients attached great importance to "respecting the elderly" and the clan.
Insulting ancestors and elders means disrespect for etiquette, and there is basically no way out. At the same time, changing the surname is undoubtedly to make Xiang Yu have no offspring, because in Liu Bang's view, killing can't solve the fundamental problem left by Xiang Yu.
Not killing the descendants of Xiang Yu, but not letting go, not only gained a good reputation, but also benefited, which is also a means of Liu Bang. He doesn't know if anyone will keep Xiang Yu's blood descendants in advance, but this surname change can fundamentally solve the problem.
This is killing people's hearts. what do you think of it ?
