What is a patent acceptance notice?

If you send the application documents to the acceptance office of the Patent Office or the agency of the Patent Office, you can receive the notification of acceptance or rejection and the returned application documents from the China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office (hereinafter referred to as the Patent Office) within about 1 month. If the notification from the Patent Office has not been received for more than 1 month, the applicant shall promptly check with the reception office of the Patent Office to avoid the loss of application documents or notifications in the mail.
