The original intention of the patent pool is to speed up patent authorization and promote technology application.
Companies entering the "patent pool" can use all patents in the "pool" to engage in research and commercial activities without the need to seek separate licenses for each patent in the "pool." Companies in the pool don’t even have to pay each other licensing fees. Companies outside the "pool" can freely use all intellectual property rights in the "pool" through a unified license.
