1. "China Railway Electrification Bureau" was formerly the Electrification Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways and was subordinate to China Railway Engineering Corporation. The enterprise has a long history. The Daqin electrified railway project, the first heavy-haul unit train in China, was built, the first Guangzhou-Shenzhen electrified railway project with a speed of 200 kilometers per hour in China was designed and built, and the first Qinhuangdao-Shenyang electrified passenger dedicated line with various new technologies of power supply and signal automation control in China was built. The insiders call it "Old Electrification Bureau".
2. "China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau" belongs to China Railway Construction. It is a large-scale enterprise with national first-class qualification established to adapt to the direction of electrified railway construction. It was founded in 2005. Insiders call China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau "New Electrification Bureau".
The two companies are mainly engaged in railway electrification and "four electricity", so there is a competitive relationship.
Extended data:
Technical direction of electrified railway development.
1. On the electrified railway, the maximum power consumption control technology is adopted, that is, at peak hours, the heating and other power consumption can be automatically and temporarily cut off to ensure the normal traction power consumption. At present, most electrified railways in Japan and western European countries have adopted telecontrol systems. The development process of this system is: from contact relay system to contactless semiconductor electronic system, and then to computer control system.
2. Strengthen the technical transformation of railway vehicles. With the appearance of diesel locomotive alternative fuel, it is inevitable to re-optimize the traditional diesel locomotive engine. At present, most electric locomotives use DC series motors. Although the traction characteristics are good, they are easy to idle. Adopting AC electric locomotive is the development direction.
3. With the continuous emergence of new materials, metal materials such as weather-resistant steel and hot-dip galvanized steel plate, polymer materials such as glass fiber reinforced plastic, foamed polyurethane and synthetic fiber cloth, precision ceramic materials, and optical fiber and superconducting materials are gradually and widely used in railway rolling stock, containers, lines, tunnels, bridges, communications, catenary and so on.
