The invention provides a device for loading reaction force in a large-tonnage space multi-directional multi-point structure test and a manufacturing method thereof. The device includes two triangular rigid frames fixed on the laboratory foundation, as well as several jack connection nodes and several transverse connectors. Two triangular rigid frames are symmetrically arranged. The two triangular rigid frames are welded into a whole through a plurality of transverse connections. One side of the jack connection node is welded with the triangular rigid frame, and the other side is connected with the jack base. The top cushion of the jack abuts against reaction wall. When loading, the jack connection node loads and transfers the force to the triangular rigid frame. The manufacturing method of the device includes design, welding, hoisting and other steps. The device is convenient to install, saves space, can accurately simulate the actual situation that the main cable of the self-anchored suspension bridge is stretched to the anchorage end, and can effectively solve the complicated spatial loading problem.
