What are the wear and tear prevention measures for circulating fluidized bed boilers?

The castable platform of circulating fluidized bed boiler is one of the main reasons for wear. The trajectory of accelerating falling combustion particles changes here due to the obstruction of the platform, and some particles will generate a circulating vortex in this part due to the upward wind force in the middle of the furnace, which greatly increases the particle density in this area, resulting in increased wear. Generally, the wider the platform, the higher the height of the wear surface.

At present, most anti-wear methods in China are carried out around adding thick-walled pipes and a hard wear-resistant layer, and it is still difficult to control eddy current, so the commonly used anti-wear technology has the weaknesses of easy local wear and short anti-wear period.

The "blue mud" newly developed by Lianyungang Shengyuan Technology can completely solve this problem with its excellent plasticity and super adhesion. The construction of blue mud in the water wall tube and flame zone can change any geometric angle, make the transition zone quite smooth, realize any height on the water wall tube (the front thickness of the wall tube is about 0.5cm) without increasing the thickness, and realize a smooth transition on the upper part of the construction surface. This anti-wear technology is particularly effective for circulating fluidized bed boilers that have been running for many years and are seriously worn. This method can also be used to repair the local wear of water wall tubes.
