Article 10 of the patent law
Articles 10, 11, 12, 60 and 72 of the Patent Law: "Anyone who infringes on the right of an inventor or designer to apply for a patent for a non-service invention-creation or other rights stipulated in this Law shall be given administrative sanctions by his unit or the competent authority at a higher level."
