The exam is divided into three subjects. The subject name and examination schedule are as follows:
Patent legal knowledge:165438+19: 00 on October 5th—11:30;
Relevant legal knowledge:1October 5114: 00—16: 00;
Patent agency practice:165438+19: 00 on October 6th-13: 00.
The examination results are valid for 3 years, and candidates can obtain the patent agent qualification certificate after completing all subjects within 3 years.
This certificate has no so-called validity period (that is, long-term validity). It is recommended that all intellectual property practitioners or friends who are interested in intellectual property and have the idea of entering the industry take the exam.
