Single chip microcomputer model in utility model patent

I agree with zfcANDlong. Your opinion is too narrow.

Paragraph 1 of Article 59 of the Patent Law clearly stipulates that the scope of protection of inventions and utility models shall be subject to the claims, and the contents of the claims may be illustrated by the specification and drawings.

So when you write the claim, don't mention the specific information of single chip microcomputer, sensor and conditioning circuit, only include the preface (that is, what is this) and your novel characteristics. In this way, if you don't mention a processing unit (single chip microcomputer), a sensing device (sensor) and an ordinary conditioning circuit, then no matter how the other party changes the model, it will fall into your protection range.
