What rights does the inventor of the service invention patent enjoy?

Legal analysis: The rights of patent service inventors include the right of authorship, the right to receive corresponding remuneration and certain property rights. The patent right belongs to the unit rather than the inventor. But if it is a non-service invention, it belongs to the patent inventor. However, the premise of enjoying these rights is that the unit or patent inventor needs to apply for invention and must pay the corresponding annual fee every year.

Legal basis: According to Article 13 of the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the inventor or designer mentioned in the Patent Law refers to a person who has made creative contributions to the substantive features of invention-creation. In the process of completing the invention-creation, a person who is only responsible for organizing the work, providing convenience for the utilization of material and technical conditions or engaging in other auxiliary work does not belong to the inventor or designer.
