Does China Mobile's 4GTD_LTE use foreign technology or is it owned by China?

At present, the intellectual property rights of 4G technology are not unique to that country. Fdd is not from the United States, nor from countries such as Britain, France and Germany. Similarly, tdd patents are not entirely unique to China. It depends on which country has more patents! It depends on which country promotes F or T, which country has that kind of 4g discourse right.
