Personal Profile

Born in April 1971 in Xi'an, Shaanxi. He received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1992, a master's degree in communication and information systems from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology in 2000, and a doctorate in information and communication engineering from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology in 2003. In 2008, he was selected into the New Century Excellent Talents Support Program of the Ministry of Education. From 1992 to 2005, he mainly worked at the 20th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. His research direction was new wireless mobile communication system systems and key technologies. After 2005, he worked in the National Key Laboratory of Integrated Business Network of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, engaged in teaching and scientific research on broadband wireless mobile communications. In 2009, he was promoted to professor; the following year, he was selected as a doctoral advisor. Currently, he is mainly engaged in research in the fields of broadband wireless communications and space communications. He has published more than 70 relevant papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and international academic conferences, including more than 20 papers retrieved by SCI and more than 50 papers retrieved by EI, and applied for 5 national invention patents. Host/participate in vertical scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 863 Program, and major national science and technology projects, international cooperation and exchange projects such as the EU FP6 and FP7 plans, and horizontal scientific research projects such as the Huawei Fund.
