KJIAJIA, the software DSM system in Linux kernel, was calculated by Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Zhang Fuxin was the core research backbone of Godson 1, Godson 2 and Godson 2, the first high-performance general CPU with independent intellectual property rights in China. Participated in the National 863 Key Project "Full Customization and System Integration of High-performance General CPU Chip (2002a110)" and "Godson 2 Enhanced Processor Chip Design (2005a1kloc-0/0065438). His work made a key contribution to the structural design, performance analysis and optimization of Loongson 2, which improved the performance of Loongson 2 by more than 30%. He has published dozens of high-quality academic papers, including 3 in SCI and 6 in EI, and obtained 2 invention patents.
With his outstanding performance in R&D, Zhang Fuxin has successively won the "Excellence Award for Director of Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences", "Special Award for Director of Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences" and the Liu Yongling Scholarship of China Academy of Sciences. Only half a year after graduation, he was hired as an associate researcher and master tutor.
The development of Loongson 1 successfully achieved the breakthrough of high-performance general CPU in China, and the Loongson R&D team won the Outstanding Achievement Award of China Academy of Sciences in 2003. Because of Comrade Zhang Fuxin's outstanding contribution, he became the only student in the winning team. Godson 2E passed the appraisal organized by Chinese Academy of Sciences in September 2006, and Minister Xu Guanhua of the Ministry of Science and Technology personally attended the appraisal meeting. The appraisal committee believes that the Godson 2E high-performance general-purpose CPU chip has reached the international advanced level in single processor design, ranking the leading level in domestic general-purpose CPU development.
General CPU is the core of computer system and all kinds of electronic equipment, and its design and manufacture is a symbol of technical strength. The successful research and development of Godson processor indicates that China has mastered the core technology of high-performance general CPU, and China's information industry has a foundation for rapid development and information security has a basic guarantee.
After entering the Loongson industrialization base, as the leader of the innovation team introduced by Jiangsu Menglan Group from the Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, he led a Loongson core team to engage in the industrialization of domestic independent Loongson CPU in the R&D center of Jiangsu Menglan Loongson industrialization base, and made great efforts to get through all links of the industrial chain such as technological innovation, product research and development, manufacturing and marketing.
The strategic role of Loongson and the enterprising spirit of Zhang Fuxin Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team make Loongson industrialization highly valued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission and various departments in Jiangsu Province. Taking him as the project leader or technical leader, he has successively undertaken major scientific and technological achievements transformation projects in Jiangsu Province (BA2004029), high-tech projects of the National Development and Reform Commission (Development and Reform Office Gaoxin [2005] No.2139), national 863 key projects (2006AA0 1020 1).
As a technical pillar, Dr. Zhang Fuxin organized, led and personally participated in various scientific and technological research projects of products, and developed and produced a number of high-tech products with independent intellectual property rights, strong market competitiveness, domestic leadership and high technology content, including Loongson integrated computer, Loongson portable computer, Loongson microcomputer, Loongson tax control SoC chip/tax controller, Loongson platform basic software, etc.
Its excellent organization and management ability has made the various undertakings of Loongson Industrialization Base flourish: in terms of talent team construction, it has accumulated more than 200 high-quality talent teams including 4 doctors and more than 20 masters; In terms of system construction, R&D and production process are standardized, which enables the company to successfully pass the new ISO900 1:2008 certification; In marketing, the large-scale promotion of Loongson low-cost computers has been highly valued by the state and governments at all levels in Jiangsu Province. In 2009, Changshu municipal government purchased 10000 Loongson computers for the first time, and Jiangsu provincial government purchased 150000 Loongson computers for the first time. In the same year, the State Council Document No.9 listed the popularization and application of this product150,000 sets as "improving people's livelihood and stimulating domestic demand". Dr. Zhang Fuxin made painstaking efforts for the start and development of Loongson industrialization, and made outstanding contributions to accelerating the structural adjustment of Jiangsu's information industry, establishing an independent and controllable information technology system, and building an innovative Jiangsu. At present, he has successively won the honors of "Top Ten Outstanding Young People in Jiangsu Province", "New Long March Breaker in Jiangsu Province", "Double Talents in Jiangsu Province", "Special Allowance Personnel of the State Council" and "National May 4th Youth Medal".
