Wear-resistant formula patent

Phosphating coated wire rope is an invention patent in China, and many wire rope manufacturers in China have obtained patent authorization to produce, and the wooden shaft packaging has a patent number. Phosphating coated steel wire rope generally adopts manganese or zinc-manganese phosphating formula, and the phosphating film formed by these two phosphating formulas has the strongest wear resistance and the longest fatigue life of steel wire rope, which is also called manganese phosphating wear-resistant coated steel wire rope. The thicker the manganese phosphating film on the surface of steel wire, the stronger the wear resistance and the longer the fatigue life. The film weight of manganese phosphating film on the surface of manganese phosphating wear-resistant coated steel wire rope is generally between 15-40g/m2. After arrival, the actual thickness of phosphating film weight can be tested, which can be done in general chemical laboratories. The weight of phosphating film below 3g/m2 is not a real manganese phosphating wear-resistant coated steel wire rope.
