Is it easy to graduate with a PhD from Hunan University?

Compared with before, it is now more difficult to graduate with a PhD.

Beginning in 2011, doctoral graduates must publish at least one article related to their major in an authoritative international journal. At the same time, different teachers in each school have different tasks for publishing papers.

Some prestigious universities stipulate that PhD graduates must meet one of the following three requirements:

(1) 1 SCI retrieved paper, and the journal impact factor is greater than 0.6.

(2) 2 SCI retrieved papers, both of which are journal papers.

(3) 1 journal article (main issue) retrieved by SCI; at least 1 journal article retrieved by EI from core and above core journals (including international conference proceedings retrieved by SCI, EI, and ISTP). Total number of academic papers At least 1 article. Among the papers published, there are no less than 2 journal articles.

Note: (1) At least one article must be written in a foreign language; (2) One invention patent can be equivalent to one EI search source journal paper, and multiple invention patents are only counted as one paper.

In short, the more prestigious the school, the harder it is to graduate.

But the key lies in yourself. If you work hard enough, your wish can still be achieved.

At the same time, you should communicate well with your tutor, and pay attention to accumulating thesis materials and improving your foreign language proficiency.
