The first authorized new konjac variety in China
Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced the second batch of 979 new crop varieties that won the right to new plant varieties in 2022, and the new konjac variety "An Konjac 128" bred by Ankang Academy of Agricultural Sciences was among them. "An Konjac 128" was bred by the researchers of potato crop research institute of Ankang Academy of Agricultural Sciences through the hybridization between Konjac and white Konjac, which lasted for 6 years and passed the expert appraisal on 20 18. In 2065438+2009, the State applied for the right to new plant varieties, and the Office for Protection of New Plant Varieties of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs organized experts to conduct experimental evaluation for more than three years. "Anmo 128" meets the requirements of novelty, specificity, consistency and stability, and becomes the first authorized new konjac variety in China. Amorphophallus konjac is an important cash crop in southwest mountainous areas of China. Over the years, the high incidence of soft rot has seriously hindered the high-quality development of konjac industry. The konjac breeding team of Ankang Academy of Agricultural Sciences started with the breeding of new disease-resistant varieties, and crossed Ankang Amorphophallus with Liangshan white Amorphophallus, thus overcoming major technical problems such as unexpected initial flowering period, pollen preservation, tissue culture and rapid propagation. After years of unremitting efforts, a new hybrid konjac variety "An Konjac 128" with strong disease resistance, high propagation coefficient and excellent quality was successfully bred, which effectively solved the problems of high incidence of konjac diseases and serious shortage of taro seeds. After many years of multi-point experiments, this variety is suitable for planting in mountainous areas above 500 meters above sea level in southern Shaanxi. The average yield per mu 1540. 18kg is 44. 1% higher than that of Ankang Amorphophallus konjac. The average fertility coefficient is 15~20, the dry matter content is 20.2 1~23.54%, and the KGM content is 5 1.23~58.8%. It has strong resistance to soft rot and white silk disease. The successful breeding of "An Konjac 128" has filled the gap of China Konjac varieties, especially played an important role in solving the problems of soft rot and taro planting, which is a major breakthrough in the science and technology of Konjac in China. In recent years, Ankang Academy of Agricultural Sciences has continuously strengthened scientific and technological innovation around the key technical problems existing in konjac industry, which has provided strong support for the development of konjac industry. At present, it has applied for 4 new varieties protection of konjac, 7 authorized patents (5 invention patents), 2 konjac standards, 2 papers1article and 3 works, and won 3 provincial and municipal konjac science and technology achievement awards. /mm biz _ jpg/i2l nugibicx3zxcyb 7 nxcwjfi 1 ayomtlar 92 pdivygzlh 67 cxcdlwxgcqvg 5 anoccwoicyfyfyvbgfywymnulblq/640? wx _ fmt = jpeg & ampwxfrom = 5 & ampwx _ lazy = 1 & amp; wx_co= 1
