Application of self-inductance sensor

The application of self-sensing sensor in the field of displacement and size measurement is represented by inductive thickness gauge. By adjusting the micrometer screw 4 to a given thickness value, the thickness value can be read through the dial. The measured strip 2 passes between the upper and lower measuring rollers, and the iron core moves up and down through the lever, so as to measure the change of coil inductance and the deviation of strip thickness through the corresponding bridge circuit. In addition, both variable air gap inductive size sensor and solenoid axial inductive sensor can measure displacement and size. The magnetic conductor is suspended on two flat springs in the shell of the variable air-gap inductive size sensor, and the magnetic conductor can move relative to the sensor shell through the fine-tuning screw 1. Solenoid axial inductance sensor, the interchangeable probe is screwed on the measuring rod by screws, and the measuring rod can move axially on the ball guide rail. There are four rows of balls, and the size and shape errors of each row are less than 0.6um. Such sensors are generally used as parts of precision measuring instruments, such as high-precision inductance comparators. It can be used as the main measuring part of the automatic sorting machine for bearing rolling elements, and is used to measure the size and shape of various rolling elements, the expansion, elongation and strain of parts, etc.
