1. Precautions when using medicinal wine for external use

1. Most medicinal wine for external use is a drug that promotes blood circulation, removes blood stasis, promotes blood circulation and relieves pain. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to take it orally to avoid poisoning reactions.

2. When massaging and holding tissues with medicinal wine, be careful not to directly rub the convex part of the bone to avoid damaging the soft tissue and periosteum of the bone surface and aggravating the condition.

3. The massage technique should be light at first and then heavy, and then gradually reduce towards the end.

4. The massage time should not be too long, about 15 to 20 minutes each time, once a day or once every other day. Generally, every 5 times is a course of treatment.

5. For those with bone tumors, bone tuberculosis, soft tissue suppuration and infection, you can only apply it superficially to the areas with severe pain. Do not push, pull or apply heavy pressure to avoid the spread of the lesions.

2. Recipe of medicinal wine for external use

(1) Medicinal wine for rheumatism

Recipe: 30 grams of four pieces of tile, flea, turmeric, gardenia, 45 grams each of Cortex Phellodendron and Bogudan, 30 grams each of madder leaf, Shegan, Yunshi, and Bailiangjin, 9 grams each of Aliteng and Nanlu, 30 grams each of peony root, star leaf, and ranunculus, 30 grams of aster, and borneol. 4.5 grams, appropriate amount of 75% ethanol.

Preparation method: Grind the first 17 flavorings into fine powder, put it in a container, add 75% ethanol, seal and soak it for 2 times, the first time (the alcohol soaks the medicinal surface is the degree) after soaking for 10 days , filter and collect the liquid; add 75% ethanol for the second time (drug residue) and soak for 5 days, filter and discard the residue. Combine the two dips, mix well, and bottle for later use.

(2) Compound safflower wine

Recipe: 27 grams each of frankincense and myrrh, Acanthopanax bark, Sichuan black flower, Cao Wu, safflower, Akebia, and Shenjincao , peach kernel, clematis, angelica root, Dipsacus diphisae 63 grams each, 4000 ml of 40% ethanol.

Preparation method: Mash the first 12 flavors, put them in a container, add 40% ethanol in two times, seal and soak. The first time is soaked in 2000 ml of ethanol for 4 days, filtered, and the first time is used. The residue was soaked in 2000 ml of ethanol for 3 days and filtered. 3. People with taboos related to medicinal wine

Women cannot drink medicinal wine during pregnancy and lactation.
