How to use the scheduled delivery service?
For your convenience, we provide two service portals: Mobile Taobao and Cainiao Parcel, as long as your parcel is collected or not delivered Status, you can easily specify the delivery time.
On mobile Taobao:
1) Click on “My Taobao” for the latest logistics.
2) Specify the delivery time.
On Cainiao Wrap:
1) Open the Cainiao Wrap app and click "I want scheduled delivery" in the package list:
2) Select the time period you want to receive express delivery.
Currently, the timed delivery service is free for a limited time for the first time on mobile Taobao. On Cainiao Wraps, you need to pay a 4 yuan timed delivery fee online.
(You can change the time once for free. We also have a service commitment. If the courier does not deliver the package at the designated time, you can give feedback to Cainiao Parcel and the courier company. After verification, the courier company will refund 4 yuan. Regular delivery fee, and we will give you another 10 yuan as compensation)

ZTO Express: Shanghai, Shenzhen, and parts of Beijing (Dongcheng District, Xicheng District, Chaoyang District, Haidian District, Fengtai District, Changping District)
