Inventors of service inventions benefit from two aspects: rewards after patent authorization and rewards after patent authorization. Previous invention patents were generally above 3,000 yuan, and utility models and designs were above 1000 yuan.
Article 78 of the Patent Law If, within the validity period of the patent right, the entity granted the patent right has not agreed with the inventor or designer, nor has it agreed with the remuneration method and amount stipulated in Article 16 of the Patent Law in its rules and regulations formulated according to law, after the implementation of the patent for invention-creation, it shall withdraw not less than 2% from the business profit of the patent for invention or utility model or not less than 0.2% from the business profit of the patent for design every year as remuneration to the inventor or designer, or pay it to the inventor with reference to the above ratio. Where a unit that has been granted a patent right licenses other units or individuals to exploit its patent, it shall extract not less than 10% of the collected royalties as remuneration and pay it to the inventor or designer.
Therefore, after the patent is granted, as long as the more patents are granted, the more rewards will be given.
