Chen Qiang, mayor of Yan 'an, male, born in February, 1957, from Meng County, Henan Province, joined the work in September, 1975. 1975 to 1978, jump the queue to exercise in Chang' an county; 1978 to 1982 studied at Beijing institute of technology, and worked in 204 institutes after graduation. On February 25th, he was elected as the mayor of Yan 'an Municipal People's Government at the sixth meeting of the Second People's Congress of Yan 'an.
