How long does it take to take effect after using orlistat?
Orlistat was hardly absorbed, and mainly concentrated in the gastrointestinal wall after administration. The determination of fat content in feces shows that the drug effect can appear after 24-48 hours of administration.
How long will orlistat last?
It takes 3-5 days for drugs to be completely discharged (feces and urine), and the fat content in feces will return to the pre-treatment level 2-3 days after stopping treatment.
What about orlistat overdose?
At present, no adverse events caused by overdose have been found.

What are the adverse reactions of orlistat?
Common gastrointestinal reactions: oily spots, increased gastrointestinal exhaust, urgent stool, fatty stool, fatty diarrhea, increased stool frequency, fecal incontinence, abdominal pain/discomfort, watery stool, soft stool, rectal pain/discomfort.
Rare adverse reactions: upper respiratory tract infection, lower respiratory tract infection, influenza, headache, menstrual disorder, anxiety, fatigue and urinary tract infection.
Rare adverse reactions: allergic reactions, such as itching, rash, urticaria, angioneurotic edema, bronchospasm and allergic reactions; Liver transaminase increased, liver failure.
