Is there a gear set when the hacker gearbox starts?

The hacker gearbox has no gear set when it starts, which is similar to the structural principle of other brands of CVT. The friction plate is ablated and the steel plate is broken. This is because the owner used inferior gearbox oil, which is easy to corrode internal parts, especially rubber materials such as pistons, thus accelerating the formation of sludge and oil stains and causing damage to internal original parts. The solution is to thoroughly clean the internal parts of the gearbox and replace the damaged parts and CVT gearbox oil.

Even in the later hybrid system, the patent of planetary power shunt was held by Toyota. Honda suddenly developed IMMD hybrid power system, replacing the planetary gear power split system with clutch. Finally, it was even with Toyota, and even Toyota admitted that Honda's hybrid system had lower fuel consumption.

The same is true for CVT gearboxes. In fact, Honda originally used Gatco CVT gearbox (for Fit), so it naturally took a while to make CVT gearbox. It is not difficult for Honda to make CVT gearbox, and Honda is good at innovation.

The six-generation Civic matches the self-produced CVT gearbox. The highlight is that the Honda Civic engine has the largest displacement among the cars using CVT at that time. This is Honda. It likes to be extreme.

The domestic nine-generation Accord is equipped with CVT gearbox. The steel belt used for Honda CVT gearbox is self-produced. Of course, the steel belt is authorized by Bosch Technology. After Honda is authorized, its own production can be more exquisite. Compared with other brands of cars, Honda pays more attention to performance, so even the CVT gearbox adjustment is obviously different from Nissan.

For the same CVT model, Honda releases when it steps on the accelerator, and the car will rush forward when it stops. Nissan? When you step on the accelerator, you release it immediately. It feels like a neutral throttle and the gearbox is dull and unresponsive.

At present, the most widely used gearbox in Honda is CVT gearbox, which has achieved various sizes. CVT gearboxes are used in Fit/Civic/Odyssey/Accord/Crown Road and other models. This is not because Honda CVT has anything extraordinary, but because Honda currently has no more suitable gearbox to use.

The technology of balanced shaft gearbox is old and heavy, so it can't be used. The 8DC gearbox is very expensive. ZF 9AT gearbox costs a lot, and few models need to be purchased. 10AT gearbox is too expensive to match the high-power engine.

In this way, Honda can only continue to dig deep into the "cvt" gearbox, and the quality is not allowed to be problematic, focusing on reliability. At present, there are frequent problems with 1.5T engine. There is something wrong with the gearbox, Honda may not cry! Toyota, on the other hand, is more calm than Honda in power layout. Its Aisin gearbox can provide excellent AT gearbox, and never have to worry about gearbox problems.

In some small cars/compact cars, using AT gearbox is obviously not conducive to fuel consumption, and using CVT gearbox is a good choice. There is no pressure on the Toyota gearbox, so there are more ways to play on the CVT gearbox, such as the S-CVT gearbox used by Corolla/Ralink. On the surface, it seems that only a few gears are simulated. In fact, the internal oil pump has been optimized and replaced by a dual-displacement oil pump. The displacement of oil pump is different under high and low speed and high and low load, and can be automatically switched.
