Even if your sales record is earlier than the filing date of the patent, it cannot be rejected.
To reject the other party’s patent, you must provide evidence to prove that your design is earlier than the other party’s. The other party’s patent application date is not its design date. It is possible that the other party can provide evidence that is earlier than the sales record, such as being exhibited at a certain nationally recognized exhibition.
If you want to dismiss the other party’s complaint, you must compare the evidence with the other party.
