The xzy cyclone dust collector is a DC cyclone dust collector with a double-stage ejector. It is suitable for dust removal of high-temperature flue gas and installation in very narrow boiler rooms. It can be installed directly on the vertical furnace smoke box or iron chimney. It does not require an induced draft fan when using it. An air duct can be led from the blower to the dust collector. The injection pipes are connected; if there is no blower, a small fan can be used, and the outlet of the air outlet is directly connected to the injection pipe.
The working principle of the xzy type cyclone dust collector is that the hot air rises naturally and is accelerated by the ejector. The guide vanes rotate the airflow and centrifugally separate it.
