Non-Wujiang household registration personnel who work or live in Wujiang District and meet the following two conditions:
1. Participate in social insurance in Wujiang District;
2. Have applied for a residence permit and lived legally 1 year or more (including 1 year).
New citizens who meet the above conditions must submit their applications at the acceptance window, and non-individual applications will not be accepted.
Applicants who are included in the integral management of new citizens can apply for their eligible minor children to enter the initial grade of public schools in the compulsory education stage.
Application materials:

Results announced:
1, Wujiang District Education Bureau determines the school district division and enrollment index number of schools in the whole district. Towns (districts) are responsible for the division of school districts and the number of enrollment indicators of schools under the jurisdiction of towns (districts), and report to the District Education Bureau for approval. The District Education Bureau will report the number of school enrollment indicators in the whole district (the number of indicators is subdivided into schools and grades according to the school district) to the district government for approval, and then notify the District New Citizen Affairs Center, and report it to the district before the end of June.
2. Before July 10, Wujiang New Citizen Affairs Center will rank the applicants' points according to their schools and grades. After notifying the District Education Bureau for confirmation, the New Citizen Affairs Center will publicize the list of points to be admitted to schools in different towns (districts) for no less than 5 working days.
3. If there is no objection after publicity, the District New Citizen Affairs Center will issue points admission cards to eligible applicants before July 20. Children of new citizens can't enter the public schools they apply for according to the ranking of points. If other public schools in towns (districts) have spare degrees, the new citizens' affairs center, the district education bureau, the education offices of towns (districts) and the new citizens' affairs sub-centers will make overall coordination according to the ranking order of points, and those who do not obey the coordination will no longer be arranged.
Admission procedures:
Applicants whose children have obtained the qualification of integral admission, with the relevant materials required by the education department, shall go to the school to go through the admission procedures for their children within the specified time; Those who fail to go through the admission formalities within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
Special instructions:
1. New citizens who purchase residential housing in this district and meet the requirements stipulated by the Education Bureau can directly register in the public schools in the school district where the housing is located, and will not be included in the integral admission management.
2.20 18 points admission only accepts applications from public primary schools and junior high schools. 20 18 years old, a first-grade primary school student, aged 6 years old (born between 20 11September and 201August 3 1 2).
3. Children of floating population who have already enrolled in school and obtained the registration number of the initial grade of compulsory education will not accept the application for integral admission.
4. Applicants who violate the national family planning policy cannot apply for points.
5. Applicants who have applied for integral management but have not obtained the qualifications of admission, medical treatment and household registration, if they need to continue to apply on 20 18, should go through the corresponding procedures at the application acceptance window of new citizens' integral management in their town (district) within the prescribed time limit.
