Limitation of action for temporary patent protection

Invention patents shall be temporarily protected from the date of publication to the date of authorization. During this period, if another person uses the technical scheme recorded in the patent application without the permission of the applicant, after authorization, the patentee may ask the user to pay the fee and bring a lawsuit. The limitation of action is: within two years from the date of authorization announcement.
