(2) Structural engineering with a height of 100m or structural engineering with a height of 80-1 00m (excluding);
(3) Two construction projects with a building area of 1 10,000 square meters or a building area of 1 10,000 square meters (excluding);

Secondary qualification standard:

3, enterprise engineering performance
In the past five years, I have undertaken the general contracting or main project contracting of two of the following four types of projects, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) 1 above ground 12 floors or above ground 8-1/above ground;
(2) 1 structural engineering with a height greater than 50m or 2 structural engineering with a height of 35-50m (excluding);
(3) 1 construction project with a construction area of over 60,000 square meters or two single industrial and civil construction projects with a construction area of over 50,000 square meters (excluding);
(4) Two single-span reinforced concrete structures with a length of more than 2 1 m (or steel structures with a length of more than 24 m)/one single-span reinforced concrete structure 1 8-21m (excluding) (or steel structures with a length of 2 1-24 m).
Level 3 qualification standard:

1. Enterprises that have obtained the special qualification of construction general contracting can undertake the general contracting, design, general contracting and project management of all levels of projects in this category;
2. Those who have obtained any 1 super construction general contracting qualification and two first-class construction general contracting qualifications for housing construction, highways, railways, municipal utilities, ports, waterways, water conservancy and hydropower can undertake the construction general contracting, project general contracting and project management business of the above-mentioned professional projects, and have corresponding design leading professionals to carry out construction drawing design business.

After obtaining the special 1 construction general contracting qualification and two first-class construction general contracting qualifications in the fields of building construction, mining, smelting, petrochemical, electric power, etc., they can undertake the construction general contracting, project general contracting and project management business of the above-mentioned professional projects, and have corresponding design leading professionals to carry out construction drawing design business.
4, super qualified enterprises, limited to undertake the construction of a single contract amount of more than 30 million yuan of housing construction projects.
Level 1 qualification:
Can undertake the construction of the following construction projects with a single contract amount of more than 30 million yuan:
(1) industrial and civil construction projects with a height below 200m;
(2) Structures with a height less than 240m.
Secondary qualification: can undertake the following construction projects:
(1) industrial and civil construction projects with a height below 100m;
(2) Structures with a height below120m;
(three) a single industrial and civil construction project with a construction area of less than 40 thousand square meters;
(4) Construction projects with a single span less than 39 meters.
Level 3 qualification: can undertake the following construction projects:
(1) industrial and civil construction projects with a height less than 50m;

(4) Construction projects with a single span less than 27 meters.

Construction projects refer to civil construction projects, industrial construction projects, structural projects and supporting facilities such as roads, communications, pipe networks and pipelines. Personnel requirements
1, the enterprise manager has more than 10 years of project management experience.
2. The technical director has more than 15 years working experience in engineering technology management, and has the senior title of engineering sequence and the qualification of first-class registered constructor or registered engineer; He has presided over the technical work of more than two representative projects with the first-class qualification requirements for general construction contracting or the first-class design qualification requirements or general contracting projects with a contract amount of more than 200 million yuan.
3. The person in charge of finance has the title of senior accountant and the qualification of certified public accountant.
4. The enterprise has more than 50 registered first-class construction engineers (first-class project managers).
5 enterprises have professional and technical personnel who meet the requirements of Class A qualification standards for industrial engineering design related to this category.

1. Enterprises have enterprise technology centers at or above the provincial level.
2. In the past three years, the funds for scientific and technological activities of enterprises have reached more than 0.5% of the turnover on average.
