Under any of the following circumstances, the employing unit or human resources service institution shall suspend its handling of points-to-home business for 3 years, and record its behavior in the enterprise credit information system of this Municipality; Permanently disqualify its legal representative and agent from all talent introduction business; Suspected of a crime, transferred to judicial organs according to law:
